APOLLO 1U ICE	Fan control

Fan control

There are two fans on the APOLLO 1U ICE that can be controlled - the processor/CPU fan, and the system fan. (The fan in the PSU runs at a predetermined speed.)

You can independently control the fan speed and preset using the BIOS screens. To do this, follow these steps:

1Press F2 during boot up and enter the BIOS setup facility.

2Use the right arrow key to choose the Advanced menu.

3Use the down arrow key to highlight Hardware Monitor, and then press Enter.

4Ensure Fan Speed Control is highlighted, and then press Enter.

5Highlight the fan you wish to set, and press Enter.

6Change the fan speed to the desired percentage of its maximum capacity and press Enter.

7Exit from the BIOS screens, saving your changes.
