e•Fit the straps on the sounds and lights toy into the slots in the tray area of the seat ring.

Hint: You may want to use the end of a slotted screwdriver to push the “T” end of each strap down through each slot.

•Fasten the straps underneath the seat ring, as shown.

•Pull up on the sounds and lights toy to be sure it is attached to the seat ring.

Note: To change the batteries, unfasten the straps underneath the tray and remove the sounds and lights toy.
