to the idiom search screen,
displays My Vocabulary
List, and goes to the
example search screen. In entries
of the Oxford Advanced Learner’s
Dictionary, examples are
accessible through the examples
link. When you see on the
screen, press until it is
highlighted, then press ENTER to
see the example entry.
Some of the dictionaries in your
device include idioms in addition to
their basic dictionary entries.
From an Entry Screen
Both the Langenscheidt English-
German and German-English
dictionaries and the Oxford
Advanced Learner’s Dictionary
contain an idiom entry screen.
1. Press .
The eBooks tab is displayed.
2. Press and to move the
highlight to the dictionary you
want and then press ENTER to
select it.
3. Press .
The idiom entry screen is
displayed. Press to return
to the word entry screen.
4. Type a word, for example Katze,
and then press ENTER.
