2.When the product is operating:

1 Press the PUMP DOWN switch on the outdoor unit. The LED on the outdoor unit circuit board lights, and operation stops. At this point, recovery has not been completed, so do not close the two- and three-way valves.

2The pump down operation (cooling operation) be- gins after three minutes. Close the three-way valve (liquid) after operation starts.

3After 2 - 3 minutes, operation stops. Close the three- way valve (gas) within one minute after operations stops.

4The LED will go out three minutes after it stops. Dis- connect the power supply after confirming that the LED has gone out.

*When the pump down operation is repeated, temporarily disconnect the power supply after opening the closed valves (both liquid and gas). Reconnect the power supply after 2 - 3 minutes and perform the pump down operation.

*When the start of the operation after pump down operation has been completed, temporarily disconnect the power supply after opening the closed valves (both liquid and gas).

Reconnect the power supply after 2-3 minutes and be sure to perform a test operation for cooling.

MS36Y3F, MR36Y3F specifications

The Friedrich MS36Y3F and MR36Y3F are cutting-edge models in the market of multi-split air conditioning systems. Designed with modern living in mind, these air conditioners cater to the needs of both residential and commercial spaces, ensuring optimal comfort while maintaining energy efficiency.

One of the main features of the Friedrich MS36Y3F and MR36Y3F is their significant cooling and heating capacity. Both models are equipped with a powerful inverter compressor that adjusts the speed of the compressor based on the indoor conditions, ensuring consistent temperatures without the peaks and valleys associated with traditional systems. This not only enhances comfort but also drastically reduces energy consumption, making these models a sustainable choice for the environmentally conscious consumer.

The cooling capacity of the MS36Y3F is rated at an impressive 36,000 BTUs, while the MR36Y3F, designed for heating, offers the same capacity. This makes both units suitable for larger areas, ensuring that every corner of a space is adequately cooled or heated. This robust output is complemented by advanced air distribution technology that helps ensure uniform airflow throughout the room.

Flexibility is a hallmark of these models. They are designed to work with multiple indoor air handlers, enabling different rooms to be controlled independently. This multi-zone capability allows users to create customized settings based on individual preferences, thus improving overall efficiency.

Another notable characteristic is the inclusion of smart technology. Both the MS36Y3F and MR36Y3F are equipped with Wi-Fi capabilities, allowing users to control their systems remotely via a smartphone app. This feature not only enhances user convenience but also supports energy management by allowing users to program timers and settings for different times of the day.

In terms of build quality, Friedrich has incorporated durable components that are designed to withstand the rigors of daily operation. The rust-resistant cabinet ensures longevity, while the self-diagnostic capabilities make troubleshooting easier, reducing downtime.

Noise levels are an important consideration when choosing an air conditioning system. Both models operate at whisper-quiet levels, allowing for minimal disruption in both residential and commercial environments.

In summary, the Friedrich MS36Y3F and MR36Y3F models are designed to meet the demands of today’s energy-conscious users while providing superior comfort and control. With powerful cooling and heating capacities, advanced smart features, and reliable performance, they represent some of the best technology available in the realm of air conditioning systems.
