Viewing Pictures on TV

Connect the camera to a TV and tune the television to the video channel to show pictures to a group. Connect an A/V cable (optional), as shown below.

Connect yellow plug to video-in jack

Insert an optional A/V cable

Connect white plug

into the USB multi-connector

to audio-in jack

of the camera.

 

Press Dfor about a second to turn the camera on. The camera monitor turns off and pictures and movies are played back on the TV. Note that the camera volume controls have no effect on sounds played on the TV; use the television volume controls to adjust the volume.

ANotes

•Use fully charged batteries for extended playback.

•Image quality drops during movie playback.

CCautions

•When making the A/V cable connection, be sure the connectors are fully inserted.

•HD movies are played back as standard definition movies on the TV if using an optional A/V cable.

•To play back High Definition movies on HDTV, optional accessories are required. For more information, please refer to the following URL.
