	Remote controller	Explanation
	operation
		Plays back music.
Playback	“@”	✽ If you stop and then restart playback, playback begins from the beginning of the
		track that was playing when playback was stopped.

✽The icon appears on the remote controller.

		i Pauses the track when used during playback.
Pause/	“@”	i	and	are displayed alternately on the remote controller.
Resume		i Resumes playback if used when playback is paused.

✽If playback is left paused for 2 minutes, the FinePix30i automatically switches itself off.

	Hold down		Hold this button down for approximately 1 second to stop playback.
Stop			✽ When playback has been stopped for 5 seconds, the FinePix30i automatically
	“@”
			switches itself off.
			i Skips forward or backward one track each time it is pressed.
	“ !	”	i Hold either button down for approximately 1 second or more while playback is	5
Track advance/			stopped to advance or rewind continuously through the recorded tracks (This is only
	or
rewind			available for about 5 seconds after playback is stopped).
	“ #”		✽ Pressing “!” once during playback takes you back to the beginning of the
			current track. Press the button briefly twice in succession to go to the beginning
			of the previous track.
Volume			i Adjusts the volume each time it is pressed.
	“+” or “_”		i Hold the button down for approximately 1 second or longer for continuous
adjustment			volume adjustment.

●! When HOLD is set, none of the buttons function. To use the remote controller, release HOLD.

●! Due to the nature of the LCD panel on the remote controller, the display may be difficult to see in cold locations or

70at low temperatures. This is normal and does not indicate a fault.

✽A status bar is displayed during volume adjustment.

■Available playback time using batteries (using the batteries provided when fully charged)
