Charging the Battery from a Computer

The battery will charge while the camera is connected to a computer via the supplied USB cable.

Q The camera will only charge when off. Q Connect the camera directly to the

computer. Do not connect the camera via a USB hub or keyboard.

QCharging will end if the computer enters sleep mode. To resume charging, reac-

tivate the computer and reconnect the USB cable.

Q Depending on their make, confi guration, and status, some computers may fail to charge the battery.
