Aspect Ratio

Pictures taken at an image size setting of r3 : 2

have an aspect ratio of 3 : 2, the same as a frame of 35-mm film. Pictures taken at an image size setting of g16:9 or m16:9 have an aspect ratio of 16:9.

Pictures taken at other settings have an aspect ratio of 4 : 3.

TIMAGE QUALITY

Choose how much image files are compressed. Select FINE (low compression) for higher image quality, NORMAL (high compression) to increase the number of pictures that can be stored.

pFINEPIX COLOR

Enhance contrast and color saturation or take pictures in black and white or sepia.

Notes

FINEPIX COLOR is not reset when the camera is turned off or another shooting mode is selected.

Depending on the subject, the effects of
