INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Ductwork Requirements
The hood is shipped from the factory in the non- vented position. Use 31⁄4 x 10″ or 7″ round ducting for best performance.
Ductwork should be as straight as possible to the outside. Be sure to minimize openings through outside walls or ceilings. These will have to be sealed later.
The length of ductwork and number of elbows should be kept to a minimum for efficient operation. Use caulking to seal exterior openings around the hood.
