Note: Unplug and allow the fryer to cool completely before cleaning.
1.After each frying cycle, slide the crumb tray out from under the front of the fryer and wipe with a damp cloth to remove any crumbs; dry thoroughly before replacing.
2.You may wash the frying basket, basket holder and crumb tray in the dishwasher, or wash by hand with a nonabrasive liquid cleanser using a nylon pad to remove any remaining oil.
3.After washing, dry the frying basket, basket holder and crumb tray thoroughly before replacing.
EXTERIOR SURFACES
