Overview

The DG-1000M offers one version request command and two memory exchange commands. These memory commands, used with knowledge of the EEPROM layout, allow almost complete control over configuration, holder and transaction m e m o r y. T h e e x c e p t i o n t o m e m o r y a c c e s s i s t h e automatically-maintained memory contained within address 0 x 7 0 0 0 a n d 0 x 8 0 0 0 . T h i s a r e a c o n t a i n s c h e c k s u m s , configuration backups and integrity markers to ensure the validity of data on the unit.
