4. PREPARATION
Loading the Battery into the Camera
Please load 3 AAA batteries into the battery compartment according to following steps:
(1)Slide the battery cover in the direction indicated by the arrow:
(2)Insert the batteries as indicated on the inner side of the cover.
(3)Note correct polarity as shown below diagram.
(4)Close and lock the battery cover.

Note:
uExercise caution when opening the battery cover to avoid damaging the battery compartment cover and hinges.
uIf you remove the battery from the camera, you will need to set the date and time again the next time you reinsert the battery and use the camera.
