1.Follow Pressure Relief Procedure on page 1.

2.Remove fitting from bottom of pump.

3.Apply sealant to nipple (5). Assemble to female fitting

(6)and female fitting (4) and tighten.

4.Apply sealant to male fitting (3) and tighten to hopper

(1).

5.Apply sealant to bottom of pump and assemble subassembly from step 3.

6.Loosely install bracket (7) with two screws (8) into pump bracket.

7.Install hopper assembly (1) into subassembly from step 4 and tighten quick disconnect fitting (4).

8.Push bracket (7) up to secure hopper.

9.Tighten screws (8) to 30-35 ft-lb.

Removal

1.Loosen quick disconnect fitting (4).

2.Remove hopper.

Installation

1.Set hopper on bracket (7).

2.Rotate hopper into quick disconnect fitting (4).

Qty.

13. Tighten quick disconnect fitting (4).
