7.2 Storing LATCH

1. For ease of storing, extend
LATCHto its maximum length.
2. Locate the storage bars on
bottom of infant restraint
base .
3. Fasten end of LATCH(without
adjustment belt) onto storage
bar as shown.

7.1 Airplane Use

Installin an airplane the same wayas in an
automobile. Notify the airline ahead of time
that you intend to bring the seat on board.
Useonly in forward-facing aircraft seat. Follow the flight attendant’s
instructionsabout infant restraint placement. Do not use this infant
restraint if the airplane seat belt does not hold the infant restraint tightly.
