Graco Warranty
Gracowarrants all equipment listed inthis manual which is manufactured by Gracoand bearing its name to be freefrom defects in
materialand workmanship on date of sale by an authorized Graco distributorto original purchaser for use. With exception of any
specialextended or limitedwarranty published by Graco, Graco will, for a period of twelve months from date of sale ,repair or replace
anypart of equipment determined by Graco to be defective. Thiswarranty applies only when equipment is installed,operated and
maintainedin accordance with Graco’s writtenrecommendations.
Thiswarranty does not cover,and Graco shall not be liable forgeneral wear and tear,or any malfunction, damageor wear caused by
faulty installation,misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or impropermaintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, or
substitutionof non-Graco component parts. Nor shall Graco be liable for malfunction,damage or wear caused by incompatibility of
Graco equipment with structures,accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Graco, orimproper design, manufacture,
installation,operation or maintenance or structures,accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Graco.
This warranty is conditioned upon prepaidreturn of equipment claimed to be defective to an authorized Graco distributorfor
verificationofclaimed defect. If claimed defect is verified,Graco willrepair or replace freeof charge any defective parts. equipment will
be returned tooriginal purchaser transportation prepaid. If inspection of equipment does not disclose any defect in materialor
workmanship,repairs will be made at a reasonable charge,which charges may include costs of parts, labor,and transportation.
Graco’ssole obligation and buyer’s sole remedyfor any breach of warranty shall be as set forth above. buyeragrees that no other
remedy(including,but not limited to, incidentalor consequential damages for lost profits,lost sales, injury toperson or property,or any
otherincidentalor consequential loss) shall be available. Any actionforbreachof warrantymust be brought within two (2)years of date
ofsale.
GRACOMAKES NO WARRANTY, AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIEDWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
APARTICULARPURPOSE IN CONNECTION WITH ACCESSORIES, EQUIPMENT,MATERIALS OR COMPONENTS SOLD BUT
NOT MANUFACTUREDBY GRACO. These items sold, but not manufactured by Graco (such as electricmotors, gas engines,
switches,hose, etc.),are subject to warranty,if any, of their manufacturer. Graco will providepurchaser with reasonable assistancein
makingany claim for breach of these warranties.
Inno event will Graco be liable forindirect, incidental, special orconsequential damages resulting from Graco supplyingequipment
hereunder,orfurnishing, performance,or use ofanyproducts or other goods sold hereto, whether due to a breach of contract,breach
ofwarranty, negligence of Graco, or otherwise.

Theparties acknowledge that they have required that present document, as well as all documents, notices and legal proceedings
entered into, given or institutedpursuant hereto or relating directly or indirectly hereto, be drawn up in English. Les parties

judiciairesexécutés, donnés ou intentésà la suite de ou en rapport,directement ou indirectement,avec les procédures concernées.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY COVERAGE

Graco does provide extended warranty and wearwarranty for products described in “Graco Contractor EquipmentWarranty
Program”.
