in.hose significantly reduces performance of
sprayer.Use 3/8 in. hose for optimumperfor-
mance(50 ft minimum).
Excessivepaint leakage into
throatpacking nut
Throatpacking nut is loose Removethroat packing nut spacer. Tighten
throatpacking nut just enough to stop leakage.

sembleand clean intake valve. Be sure ball
seatis not nicked or worn and that ball seats
well. Reassemble.

Fluidis too thick Thinfluid according to supplier’s recommenda-
tions.
