Gram Inc. warrants 811 equipment manufactured by it and bearing i t 8 name to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Scopeof this warranty extends to the origin. a1 purchaser for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and si applicable only when the equipment is installad and operated in accordance with factory recommendations. The warranty does
not extend to damage or wearcaused by misuse,abrasion.Corrosion,negligence.accident. faulty installation or tampering in a manner to impair its normal operation.
In the eventtheequipmentsupplied by GracoInc. is found to be defective within the abovestated
prepaid tothe factory or to an authorized Gracosewiceagency and is foundby Graco Inc.'s inspection to be truly defectivs in workmanship or material. I n thewent said material is deemed defective in workmanship or material, it will be corrected and shipped transportation prepaid within the continental US. If inspection of anysuch equipment by G r a m Inc. doer not discloseanydefect in workmanship or material. repairs will be made st a reasonablecharge. Purchasedassemblies which are incorporated into Gratoequipment, carry the manufacturer's regular warranty.
The foregoing warranties are exclusive. and are in liw of 811 other warranties (whether written, oral or implied) including warranty of merchantability in other respects than expressly set forth aboveand warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.Except as harein provided.every form of liability for direct or conseauential damages or loss is expressly excluded and denied.
