ASSEMBLY & OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

If the Bath Seat is not properly assembled and adjusted, personal injury and damage to the Bath Seat could result.
WARNING: If components are damaged or missing, contact your dealer immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts. Use only Lumex replacement parts.
WARNING: This product has a weight limit of 350 lb.
WARNING: DO NOT use this product as a transfer bench or climbing device.

ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the Bath Seat from the box and place it on a flat, dry surface.

2.Locate the seat legs (see figure 1).
3.Locate the shortest screw knob and a curved washer (see figure 2).
4.Lay legs in “X” pattern over seat bottom (see figures 3 and 4).
WARNING: Legs must be positioned exactly as shown in figure 3 for a safe and proper fit.
5.Install curved washer on screw knob. Fasten legs to seat by inserting screw knob through center leg holes into seat and turning screw knob clockwise. Ensure screw knob is tight without overtightening.
WARNING: Ensure legs are securely installed and all hardware is tight before proceeding.
Note: If you are assembling 7921R (with backrest), proceed to step 6.
If you are assembling 7931R (without backrest), proceed to step 8b.
6. Locate backrest tubes, backrest, four
screw knobs, and four curved washers |
