Operating the cutting tool

.With appropriate bit in place, turn power switch on and slowly engage bit into or against the material to be cut. Do not turn power on while the bit is resting against surface to be cut.

.If at any time during the cut the blade stalls or stops abruptly, turn power off immediately and wait for blade to come to rest before removing from material.

.Do not make a blind cut into a wall without first determining if there are hazards behind the material to be cut. Check behind walls for wires, other electrical hazards, or plumbing.

.Make sure to use the appropriate bit for the specified cutting task.
