After the first 50 working hours or 30 days, whichever comes first, the follow- ing maintenance should be done.

1.Replace the oil in the motor with com- pressor oil or use ISO 100 or SAE 30W viscosity, non detergent type oil.

2.Check to make sure that all the fittings are tight.

3.Remove the air filter foam element shown in Figure 11 and rinse it out with water. Allow it to dry and re- install.

4.Blow out any dirt that has accumulat- ed between the cylinder cooling fans.

If the compressor is used on a daily basis, perform the following checks each week.

1.Rinse the air filter foam element in water.

2.Check for loose bolts or fittings.

3.Clean off all foreign material from cylinder head, motor, fan, air lines, exhaust pipe, couplers and frame.

4.Check air lines and connectors to make sure they are in good condition.
