Just plug it into the SCART socket of a Grundig HD Evolution and the DVB micro receiver becomes a genuine IDTV television. You can operate it using the remote control of the LCD TV, so a second remote control and changing operating levels is no longer necessary. The power supply is also for the TV.

A DVB-T and a DVB-C variation of the mini receiver will also be launched shortly.

Digital Reference Plus II is the latest high- speed chip technology to use the parameters optimised by Grundig engineers for natural TV pictures. Incoming HDTV signals are optimised so that every single pixel is processed. At the same time, any picture errors are detected and immediately optimized. This innovative picture improvement technology results in perfect picture quality, with brilliant colours to the smallest level of detail. DIGI 200 – internal signal processing:

The Chassis Platform DIGI 200 (Digital Reference Plus II) can handle panels with 3 x 8 bits and 3 x 10 bits (2 channel 10/8bit LVDS output). The very fast, in-built “Scaler IC” VGC-B works internally in two full channels with

10 bits (dual channel 10 bit video process- ing). The DIGI 200 “Perfect Clear” function (can be switched on and off) ensures an outstanding, high-contrast picture.

The much-praised, self-explanatory Grundig Easy Dialog user menu is a clear, fast and easy to use on-screen dialog system. Combined with an integrated electronic operating manual enabling you to easily make your own settings.
