Il televisore commuta automaticamente sul formato 16:9, quando questo formato viene riconosciuto sulle prese Euro-AV.

1Selezionare il formato immagine con »E«, sullo schermo appare il formato selezionato, per esempio »Formato »16:9«.

– È possibile scegliere tra i formati dell’immagine che seguono.

Formato »4:3«

L’immagine viene rappresentata in formato 4:3.

Formato »Automatica«

Con le trasmissioni 16:9 viene commutato automaticamente sul formato immagine »16:9«.

Nelle trasmissioni 4:3 l’immagine viene rappresentata automatica- mente a tutto schermo.

Formato »16:9« e »14:9«

Con le trasmissioni 4:3 e il formato selezionato »16:9« oppure »14:9« l’immagine appare ampliata orizzontalmente.

La geometria dell’immagine viene dilatata linearmente in direzione orizzontale.

Con le effettive sorgenti di segnale 16:9 (di un SET-TOP-Box sulla presa Euro-AV), l’immagine è a pieno schermo e la geometria dell’immagine è corretta.

Formato »Letterbox«

Il funzionamento Letterbox è particolarmente adatto alle trasmissio- ni con formato 16:9.

Le strisce nere presenti fino ad ora nella parte superiore e inferiore dell’immagine vengono sovrascritte, le immagini 4:3 vengono visualizzate a pieno formato.

Le immagini ricevute vengono ingrandite e con ciò si perde parte del contenuto dei bordi superiore e inferiore dell’immagine. Tutta- via, la geometria dell’immagine rimane la stessa.

Nelle trasmissioni televisive PAL Plus appare il messaggio »Auto Letterbox«.

Formato »Panorama«

Questa modalità di funzionamento è particolarmente adatta per film cinematografici con rapporti estremi di larghezza ed altezza. Con le trasmissioni 4:3 e il formato selezionato »Panorama« l’immagine appare ampliata orizzontalmente. La geometria dell’immagine viene dilatata in direzione orizzontale.

Formato »Sottotitoli«

Se non si riconoscono i sottotitoli visualizzati sul bordo inferiore (in particolare per i programmi 4:3 ed il formato selezionato »Sottoti- toli«), selezionare »Sottotitoli«.
