Solución de problemas

El ventilador no enciende, pero las luces sí.

Esto probablemente se deba a que el interruptor del ventilador está defectuoso o a que el motor del ventilador está quemado. Llame a un profesional de servicio calificado.

El ventilador sólo funciona a una velocidad.

Consulte las instrucciones anteriores para solucionar el problema de que el ventilador no encienda, pero las luces sí.

El ventilador hace circular el aire, pero no lo saca.

Si el aire fluye a través de las aberturas de ventilación frontales, entonces el extractor de aire está configurado para su funcionamiento sin conducto.

Para convertir el sistema a uno con ventilación hacia el exterior, es necesario que un técnico instale un conducto metálico desde el extractor de aire, a través de una pared que dé al exterior o del techo y se asegure de que el ventilador se haya colocado correctamente de acuerdo con la configuración de ventilación que tiene.

Si no sale aire de las aberturas de ventilación frontales, revise el interior del gabinete, por arriba del extractor de aire. Si ve un conducto metálico con salida hacia afuera del extractor, entonces el sistema descarga hacia el exterior. Si no ve un conducto, es posible que la unidad descargue a través de la pared posterior.

Las luces no encienden, pero el ventilador sí.

Esto podría deberse a una bombilla fundida. Cambie la bombilla de luz para intentar solucionar el problema. Si la luz sigue sin encender, llame a un profesional de servicio calificado.

La luz nocturna no enciende.

Si la unidad utiliza una bombilla de LED, esta debe ser regulable para que la luz nocturna funcione. Si el LED es regulable, consulte las instrucciones anteriores para solucionar el problema de que las luces no encienden, pero el ventilador sí.

Sugerencia: No todas las bombillas de LED son regulables. Consulte el empaque o a un distribuidor local para recibir ayuda al seleccionar la bombilla correcta.

No encienden ni el ventilador ni las luces.

Revise si hay un interruptor de carga activado o un fusible fundido, ya que el extractor de aire está cableado directamente al sistema eléctrico de su hogar.
