Convection cook

This menu will help you to cook food quickly by using convection function, It has 3 cooking mode.

Please see the chart below for cooking:

	Mutton chop		0.3	Kg

For example you can cook some fish at CO-2 mode

1.Press / key.

2.Press the Convection cook twice, display CO-2(express cook mode)

Enter Auto

3.Press the DIAL knob, The oven works automatically.

When cooking has finished, the oven will beep five times and display End for ten seconds.

Then The oven will be on call(display the clock),please wait for a few minutes after the ferment.

Warning :Always use oven gloves when touching the recipients in the oven, as they will be very hot.

Auto defrost

The Auto Defrost feature enables you to defrost steaks/minced meat/ chicken pieces, meat joint, chicken, fish, The defrost time and power level are set automatically. You simply select the programme and the weight.

In the following example we will show you how to defrost 0.6 kg fish

1.Press / key.

2.Press the Defrost button twice to select defrosting programme, The following are displayed:

(flash to select the defrosting programme)

3.Press DIAL knob to confirm the programme, The following symbol are displayed:

Enter Kg (flash to select weight).

4.Turn the DIAL knob until the 0.6 kg is displayed.

5.Press the press DIAL knob, the defrosting starts.

Suggestion:

1.If the quantity of food you cook is small, please put the food in the center of the bottom tray.

2.The mental tray should placed on the top of rack when you using convection or grill function.
