Revise que el control del termostato no esté en la posición de "OFF" (apagado).

Revise que el refrigerador esté conectado.

Revise que haya corriente eléctrica en el tomacorriente de corriente alterna, revisando el interruptor de circuito.

Espere 30-40 minutos para ver si el refrigerador va a empezar a funcionar. Puede que esté en la modalidad de "descongelación" y éste debe completar el ciclo antes de que el compresor empiece a funcionar.

La temperatura de los alimentos parece estar demasiado tibia:

Apertura constante de la puerta.

Dele tiempo a los alimentos tibios para que puedan alcanzar una temperatura fresca o de congelación.

Revise que los empaques estén bien sellados.

Limpie el serpentín del condensador (para modelos con el serpentín del condensador expuestos).

Ajuste el control de temperatura al ajuste más frío.

Revise que en el compartimento del congelador los paquetes de alimentos congelados no bloqueen el conducto de aire.
