LORS DE LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION : Nettoyer le percolateur en suivant les étapes des « Nettoyage ».

NOTE : Pour des résultats optimaux, toujours utiliser une eau de robinet propre et froide.

Retirer le couvercle, le plateau à café et la tige.

Remplir le percolateur au niveau désiré. Vous devez infuser un minimum de 10 tasses. Ne pas remplir au-dessus de la ligne de remplissage MAX.

Mouiller le plateau (ceci a pour but de maintenir les petites particules de grains de café dans le plateau).

FACULTATIF : Déposer un filtre en papier plat dans le plateau à café.

S’assurer que la tige est placée au centre de la cuvette sinon le percolateur n’infusera pas.

NOTE : Nous recommandons l’utilisation d’un café moulu spécifiquement pour l’utilisation d’une cafetière de type percolateur. Cependant, les cafés conçus pour « toutes les cafetières » sont acceptables. Régler le percolateur à

«broyage primaire » lorsque vous utilisez des grains de café entiers moulus avec un moulin à café. Un café moulu finement peut provoquer le débordement du plateau à café et de répandre les grains dans le café.
