Grasp blade assembly by plastic guard and pull blade release button
to remove from motor housing.

Unlock blades by sliding rivet on one blade out of keyhole in other blade.
Carefully wash blades in hot, soapy water. NOTE: Carving fork and bread guide (optional features) can also be washed in hot, soapy water.

Wipe motor housing and cord with damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
