Wine Chiller Tips

White wine bottles should be pre-chilled in refrigerator before placing in the wine server. If the bottle is not pre- chilled, it will take longer than one hour to reach optimum serving temperature.

Red wine bottles at wine cellar temperature may require more than one hour to reach optimum serving temperature.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning

1.Unplug cord from power source and from back of unit.

2.Wipe the interior and exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.

Fan Screen Cleaning

Clean the exterior vents with a vacuum cleaner or small brush on a monthly basis. Dust build-up on vents can cause poor performance.

1.Unplug cord from power source and from back of unit.

2.Remove fan screen from bottom of unit.

3.Clean exterior vent and fan screen with a vacuum cleaner or small brush. Re-insert fan screen into base before oper- ating the unit.
