Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
Blender leaks.
Ice not crushed.
Does not blend well.
Cannot remove jar nut.
PROBABLE CAUSE/SOLUTION
•Tighten jar nut on jar.
•Make sure lid with filler cap is pushed down tightly on jar.
•See ice crushing instructions in “Blending Tips” section.
•Make sure enough liquid has been added. A minimum of 8 ounces (250 ml) is recommended.
•Do not try to mash potatoes, mix stiff dough, whip egg whites, grind raw meat, or extract juices from fruits and vegetables. The blender is not made to perform these tasks.
•If mixture is too thick, continue to add liquid until mixture is blended to desired consistency.
•Loosen jar nut by holding jar and turning jar nut counterclockwise.
•Place the blender jar on the base and turn the jar handle clockwise.
