POTENTIAL PROBLEM
Unit will not turn on.
Reduced or absent scent.
PROBABLE CAUSE
•Is unit plugged in?
•Is electrical outlet in working order? Check outlet by plugging in lamp.
•Air inlet or outlet may be blocked. Make sure nothing is blocking air inlet or outlet and clean regularly.
•Carbon filter and/or scent cartridge may need replacing.
