Hang the panel over the top screws only (1).
With a partner holding the panel out of the way, Install the panel supply hoses on the elbows. Tighten the hose nuts. (2)

Raise the panel (3). Push the bottom of the panel over the bottom screws (4). Lower the panel (5) so that the screws are in the narrow parts of the keyways.
