Operation

Your Digitial Fish Scale requires no assembly. It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the product BEFORE you use the Digital Fish Scale.

Do not bump or shock the Fish Scale when it is in operation or being transported. Rough treatment may damage the highly sensitive mechanism.

Weighing the Fish

1.Insert a 9V battery (not included) into the Fish Scale-see Changing Battery section for additional information.

2.Press the On/Off Button down for two to three seconds to turn the Scale “ON” and activate the LED light. The LCD readout will display 0.00 and will flash when power is “ON”- see Figure 1.

3.The Fish Scale can be held by hand or hung from the loop at the top of the Scale. Place the fish onto the Hook. Press the Hold Button down while the fish is being weighed; the Hold Indicator light will go on-see Figure 2.

The Scale will register the weight of the fish in Lbs. Pressing the Hold Button down a second time will bring the Scale back to zero.

Total Weight for More Than One Fish

Press the Total Button down to total the cumulative weight of each fish that was entered into Memory. Up to ten fish can be entered into Memory and added together to obtain a total weight.

2.To clear the Memory, press the Memory Button for two seconds. The LCD readout will flash four times to verify that the memory has been cleared.
