5.Keep hands and feet away from Roll- er Barrel when using. Never stand in the direct path of the Roller.

6.Do not Use on wet, or damp lawn or dirt. Grass, mud and debris can build up at Roller Barrel Axle and/or against the Scraper Plate (6) causing the Barrel to become hard to push.

7.Keep Children Away and never al- low them to play with this Steel Lawn Roller. All visitors should be kept at a distance from work area. Keep pets out of the work area.

8.When servicing use only identical replacement parts.

9.When not in use, store this Steel Lawn Roller Indoors.

10.Maintain Steel Lawn Roller with care. Keep Roller Barrel clean for best per- formance. Inspect Steel Lawn Roller periodically, and if damaged, have

it repaired by an authorized service facility. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.

11.Do not use this Steel Lawn Roller for other than intended use.

12.Maintain labels and nameplates on the appliance. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.

Unpacking

When unpacking, check to make sure that the item is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.

Note: For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, refer to the Assembly Diagram near the end of this manual.

Assembly

1.Mount the two Lower Handles (7) to the axle of the Roller Barrel (1) and secure each side with a Cap Nut (3).

2.Mount the Top Handle (10) to the Lower Handles (7) using the Bolts (8) and the Lock-Washer Nuts (9). Refer to “Assembly Diagram” on page 6 for
