aPLAYING OFFENSE AND DEFENSE

1.At the salt ol each down, each player mustchooseaformattonand a play. Use the trackball to scrd through the amilable formations. Press Action-A to selecl a formatbn.

2.Eachformation has several plays. Usethe trackballto scroll thrwgh the aAlabls plays, then press AcUowA to select a play.

3.Insteadof usingthe Aceon-A button lo select your play, you can use Action-Binstead.When you use the Aetlon-•buttonto select your play, the trackball will remain active so that you can appear to be searching through other plays. Howm Pass

To pass the ball, you must wait for a receiver to get open at the end of his pattern. Press and hold the Actlon-A button, then roll the trackball tvvards the intended receiver. W your pass has the right speed and direction, your r W e r will cat& the ball and control will autmaticallv switch to the ball carder so mu can trv to run for more yards

Note: If you choose a running play. you will not be able to passthe ball.You will automatically hand the ball to me running back who will then try to run downfield
