In fact, our 10,000 BTU main input burner delivers 10% more heat than most 13,000 BTU burners. Take it from the highest searing heat down to a whisper of a flame at 600 BTU, where sauces and soups simmer gently without boiling or scorching. Our high efficiency oven uses half the gas that other ranges consume.
