The PORTADRIVE PDR 2000 combines multichannel recording on a removable hard drive, simultaneous recording of rushes to an external drive, 24-bit/96kHz performance, sophisticated on-board mixing, comprehensive timecode facilities and flexible session based file transfer with Mac and PC workstations, all in a rugged, portable device. And with input from leading sound recordists throughout the development programme, the PORTADRIVE is packed with essential features and facilities, placing everything just where it’s needed to deliver reliable recordings and pristine audio on even the most demanding location.
