How To Install Your New Hitachi Plasma Television

WALL MOUNTING SETUP

STEP (1) : REMOVE THE TABLE TOP STAND FROM THE PLASMA TELEVISION

Please remove the 4 screws shown below in order to separate the TV from the Table Top Stand. Now the Table Top Stand can be separated from the TV. Useful dimensions for the WALL MOUNT assembly are in page 47.

STEP (2) : INSTALL THE WALL MOUNT BRACKETS ON THE PLASMA TELEVISION USING 4 SCREWS.

Screw Mounting Holes (4 places). Don't use the original screws (A) that comes in the TV for the Wall Mount Bracket. The length is not long enough.

A: 13~15 mm.

B: 9~11 mm.

C: 1 mm.

D: 1 mm.

E: 2 mm.

The screw type :Theread ISO M6 (Metric type, do not use Standard type).

CAUTION

Insertion length (B) of the screws must be within 9~11 mm. If the length is less than 9 mm, the weight can not be maintained. If the length is more than 11 mm, a space is created between the Wall Mount Bracket and the Plasma Television. This length is very important.
