cise extreme caution when operating on sloping or uneven surfaces.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
l Leaves, grass clippings, oil and other combustible materials can be-
come a fire hazard. Be sure to keep the engine compartment, the upper
cutter deck surfaces and the belt and pulley areas clean.
l Damp, decomposing grass clippings generate heat-and can become a
fire hazard.
l To reduce the possibility of fire, allow the engine and exhaust system
to cool before storing the mower in an enclosed space or near com-
bustible materials.
