9) Close the icemaker water supply line drain valve. Open the icemaker water supply line
shut-off valve.
10) Tur n on the power supply.
11) Check for leaks.
12) Replace the front panel in its correct position.
N. Removal and Replacement of Pump Motor
1) Turn off the power supply.
2) Remove the front panel.
3) Drain the water tank by removing the cap
located on the front bottom part of the ice
dropping hole. See Fig. 5.
4) Replace the cap in its correct position. Be
careful not to cross thread the cap.
5) Disconnect the pump suction and discharge hoses.
6) Remove the closed end connectors from
the pump motor leads.
7) Remove the two screws and the pump motor bracket.
8) Remove the pump housing and check the impeller.
9) If the impeller is defective, install a new impeller.
10) Install the new motor or new parts, and replace the removed parts in the reverse order
of which they were removed.
11) Turn on the power supply and check for leaks.
12) Replace the front panel in its correct position.
