For extended vacations or absences, shut off power to refrigerator, turn the numbered control OFF, clean interior with baking soda solution of one table- spoon of soda to one quart of water. Wipe thy. To prevent odors, leave open box of soda in refrigerator. Leave doors open.

For shorter vacations, remove per- khakde foods and leave controls at regular settings. However, if room temperature is expected to drop

below 60°F. follow same instruc- tions as for extended vacations.

If you have an icemaker, move ic;maker manual switch to OFF position and be sure to shut off water supply. ON-OFF switch is located near the front of the icemaker.
