| • Make incisions on the loaves. | |
| • Place the food inside the oven while it is still cold. | |
| • Start the | BREAD cooking mode. |
| • Once baked, leave the loaves on one of the grill | |
| racks until they have cooled completely. |
FISH mode
Use this function to cook fish with a maximum weight of 1 kg. The paper/foil package can be placed directly on the dripping pan. Place the food inside the oven while it is still cold.
ROAST MEAT mode
Use this function to cook beef, veal and lamb. Place the food inside the oven while it is still cold. The dish may also be placed in a preheated oven.The maximum weight of meat is about 1kg.
!After selecting any of the oven programs, the parame- ter setting of the product is activated. It optimizes the performance of cooking, but could result in a delayed ignition of fan and heating elements.
WARNING! The oven is provided with a stop system to extract the racks and prevent them from coming out of the oven.(1)
As shown in the drawing, to extract them completely, simply lift the racks, holding them on the front part, and pull (2).
