To use the Windows and Applications keys

The Windows key brings up the Windows Start menu. This is the same as selecting the Start button on the taskbar.

The Applications key brings up the shortcut menu for the selected item. This is the same menu that appears when you right-click while pointing at the selected item.

Minimizes all displayed windows

 

 

Shift+Windows key+M

Returns all minimized windows to original size

 

 

Windows key+R

Runs the Windows Run dialog box

 

 

To use the ALT GR key

Non-U.S. keyboards have an ALT GR key to the right of the spacebar. This is a shift key that provides access to certain special keyboard characters.

For a character in the lower-left corner of a key, press and hold ALT GR to type the character.
