3.Turn the computer right-side up, with the front toward you and the display open as far as possible.

4.Release and disconnect the following low insertion force (LIF) connector cables from the system board:

a.Power button board cable 1

b.TouchPad cable 2

c.TouchPad button board cable 3

d.WLAN button cable 4

5. Remove the 4 Phillips PM2.0×7.0 screws that secure the top cover to the base enclosure.
