To clear jams from the fuser area and duplexer
WARNING!
Do not touch the fuser; it might be very hot and could cause burns.
1Remove the output tray on the left side of the printer unit.
2Open the lower left door.
3Gently remove any jammed media from the duplexer, from the inside of the door, or from between the rollers near the top of the opening.
4Press the green tab on the right side of the duplexer and pull the duplexer out of the printer unit.
