7In the front of the printer unit, turn the blue knob counterclockwise to feed the jammed media into the printer unit.
8From the front of the printer unit, remove the jammed media.
9On the right side, align the arrows on the ends of the transfer drum with the matching arrows on the tracks inside the printer unit.
10Push the transfer drum into the printer unit.
11Close the upper right door.
