2.En cas d’incompatibilité, la législation locale prime sur la déclaration de garantie. Pour cette raison, les limitations du présent document peuvent ne pas s’appliquer. En effet, certains états américains ou gouvernements d’autres pays, notamment des provinces canadiennes, peuvent :

a.accorder des droits supplémentaires aux clients ;

d.indiquer la durée des garanties implicites obligatoires ;
