If the parts required to resolve a technical problem on your PC are not included in HP’s Express Parts program, then a customer support specialist will arrange to have your unit picked up and delivered to the service bench for repair.

ASP Retailer Service

Service can be obtained by bringing your PC to an HP Authorized Service Provider.

After My Technical Support Period Expires

HP is also available to support your product after the technical support period has ended. This out- of-warranty support will be provided on a fee basis. The fee of $39.95* (U.S.) per incident will be charged to your credit card when you call 1-208-4PC-HELP in the U.S. or 1-905-206-HELP (1-905-206-4357) in Canada.
