Entering a Symbol

in any input mode to display the symbol list.

to scroll to the desired symbol.

to enter the symbol.
In any text input mode, press 
, then a key labeled with a commonly used symbol to enter the symbol.
Using the Fn Key
To enter a single number or symbol labeled on the upper right corner
of a key, press | , then the key labeled with that number or |
symbol. |

To enter a sequence of numbers or symbols labeled on the upper | |
right corner of keys, press 
twice, then the keys labeled with the desired numbers or symbols.
5 Messaging
Sending a Text Message
1.Select Menu > Messaging > Write message > Text message.
2.Write the message.
3.Press 
, and enter the recipient's phone number or add a recipient from Phonebook.
4.Press 
to send the message.
