6. Insert locking pin (46) into bracket on adjustment tube (49). Insert cross pin (45) through hole in bracket and locking pin (46) as shown in figure A. Fit left handle (47) onto adjustment tube (49) so the bottom of adjustment tube (49) sits on the two small ribs of the handle as shown in figure B.
