-Check the battery of the remote control.

-Check if it is not overlapped with other reservation.
-Check if the power is off.
7.Watching scrambled service is not available
-Make sure the correct Smartcard is plugged in.
-Make sure the Smartcard is correctly inserted, and insert the Smartcard again.
-Check if the Smartcard is damaged.
-Make sure you have subscribed to the service.
